The chicken Katsu is delicious and tender with just the right amount of bread crumbs. Unfortunately they do not do a very good gravy for the Katsu but still would recommend it. They also offer a chicken, beef or mixed plate. All of their plates come with a side salad that consist of coleslaw salad mix that has crusted up ramen noodles in it. I did not recommend the salads. The ramen noodles are uncooked. Try the potato salad instead. Served on one plate. The service is always friendly. The dining area is nice for eating in. They have several televisions.

The meat flavor is great and tender. So amazing. Best Hawaiian spot in the area. I always go back. It's authentic.

I didn't come here for awhile because of the reviews I read of the chicken katsu being not that great. I need to remember, people usually write reviews when they are unhappy! I usually went to L&L for my chicken katsu cravings- but they closed a while ago. So, I gave this place a shot, and I am so glad I did! Idk what all the unhappy reviews were about because the chicken katsu plate is delicious! A lot of chicken, not burnt at all, moist and delicious. I now come here often and every visit has been great. *my review is only for chicken katsu, because that's all I keep getting here lol Thanks Loft, for always having super friendly and welcoming staff and delicious katsu!!!

Always good food. Ordered separate Korean BBQ beef bowl and Kahlua pork bowl this time because last time we ordered the 2 item combo and the meat portions were noticeably smaller than the previous times we ordered the combo. Well, the meat portions in the bowls were not as big as I remember, either. Very tasty, but not a lot of meat. So, took one star off for the small portions.

5 years ago I said I'd never come back because the portions are skimpy & the prices seemed high...but here we are in 2024 and I'm beelining to Hawaiian Loft after hockey practice. The taste buds have muscle memory and HI Loft has me with their mac salad and Noh iced tea. Prices are what they are. It didn't jump while the pandemic ravaged most restaurants and prices went up for everyone else. I'm happy they made it through and are still thriving. Anyone have Hawaiian suggestions, please throw them my way! I'm always open to try something new but it's nice to have a solid backup plan.

This location always has nice and helpful staff. The food is delicious and I've never had an issue. The groups I've gone with have enjoyed their meals and it has been the right amount that has been finished or plenty to take home. It's clean and colorful. Televisions are on the wall which is nice and there is an option of either booths or tables and chairs inside. It's perfect for catering, but I would recommend following the serving sizes of trays for the amount of people. It is not for vegetarians and vegans unless you like macaroni salad and ramen cabbage salad as a side dish. The food can be altered for gluten-free and keto diets at the register. Either you say something while ordering or you just give your rice to someone you're sitting with. The chicken katsu is amazing and the tonkatsu sauce is great. I've gone with people who always order the saimin soup which seems to be the perfect amount. The mustard has a little kick to it, but it is tasty. The teriyaki sauce is delicious so I highly recommend this location.
